So, my Mom left me a couple of days ago to spend some time at my sister Tami's house before she heads home. She took Abraham with her so I had a little more time to heal and Tyler had some more time to adjust before we are all on our own. I headed to Tami's this afternoon to pick Abraham up and their town, Fuquay-Varina, was celebrating it's 100th birthday with a big celebration. We took the kids over and had a great time.
Uncle Jared carried Tyler around all day. Doesn't Ty look cozy? And get a look at those adorable and teeny tiny tennis shoes!
Abraham LOVES fire trucks and was thrilled to actually get to sit in one. Look at how he's looking at the fireman, complete adoration. He didn't want to get out of the truck. The fireman was so nice about it though.Maybe someday we'll have a fireman on our hands! Abe rode one little ride. During the ride, I thought he hated it, but he cried when he had to be unbuckled and leave his elephant behind. We also enjoyed all the "fair" food ... cotton candy, funnel cake, and fresh squeezed lemonade. We're not sure who enjoyed the cotton candy more, the kids or the Grandma! My mom, sister, and myself. I know I'm making a wierd face, the sun was in my eyes.

Looks like a lot of fun. Wish I could have been there ( Especially the cotton candy)
It does look like fun. I am glad you are feeling well. Maybe you will be up for a cross country flight soon to come show off your little one to the West Coast!
Unless I am mistaken the cotton candy was your idea. I have to admit it was good and I had alot of fun at the fair.
