Abraham Loves his Cars

This picture captures one aspect of little Abraham perfectly. Sometimes he has a little trouble wanting to go to bed, so we let him pick out a few of his precious cars to take with him and keep him company. This evening when we went to check on him, this is what we found. I love that little boy.
It is amazing to me how much the little things mean. One of Abe's favorite treats is to get to pick a $1.00 matchbox car from Wal Mart or Target. He'll scour the selection then pick the one he wants. He is very particular about which car he would like and has yet to repeat a car that he already owns. Then that little $1.00 car doesn't leave his hand for the next day or two. He carries it everywhere and plays with it. It is so adorable. It is hard for me to not let him pick a car everytime we go to the store because he loves them so much.

thats cute.

Is it just me, or does the angle of the picture make everyone else a little disoriented?

Very adorable. My kids were never attached to toys like that. I like the idea better than letting them pick candy (which is my fall back bribe).

I liked the angle of the picture. It says "I sneaked into the room to get a great picture of my boy sleeping."

Great bus. I'm glad you let him pick a car. He really loves them and it is fun to let him have one.

So cute! Em is in the same stage where she lines things up in rows to play with them. She takes books to bed instead of cars.

My boys did the same thing. Jack has moved on to airplanes and had to take a hand full with him to be. I love boys and their cars

How funny that he lines them up like that! So cute and a little ocd, but hey aren't we all?

I totally know what you mean, sometimes it kills me not to buy something for the kids or Barlow when I know they'll just love it. I love this picture, it is so sweet!

A little OCD? Is he realted to his mother? Ha, ha! I love how precisely lined up his cars are. Your boys are so cute.
