Abe's First Snow!!

The other day we looked outside and there were snow flurries falling from the sky! I was so excited. I grabbed Abe, put a hat on his head, and ran out front for a picture. There was a small amount of confusion as we realized that it was only snowing in the backyard and not in the front yard, but we figured it out. You have to look closely, but if you do you will see the flurries falling around us! Maybe next time the snow will stick to the ground!

Snow in January!! How can you stand to live in North Carolina?!? You should totaly move out here to Washington, not only has it not snowed in January, but it has not snowed all year!!

Well - I'm not sure that I see the snow flurries - but you and I are much alike. I was so disappointed that we didn't have a white Christmas even though everyone told me not to be, but the one day it did snow (in November) I rushed out and took pictures - etc. It was gone in a few hours. Oh well. Cute new blog by the way.

WHAT I MISSED THE SNOW! How did that happen. Abe looks so cute in that hat! (maddie is going nuts right now signing baby A and Aunt Kim)

I don't think you can call it snow if you don't even need a jacket to go outside!! Brenda is right, I find Washington far superior to North Carolina, so you should probably move here. PS, are you feeding that boy straight cream?!

Snow huh, I think that you may be looking for the word grass. Yes, there is a bit of a grass flurry out in that picture but I see no snow. Cute kid though.

P.S. I agree, WA beats NC!

I know it snowed I'm the one who told you. Cute baby then and now.

I would like to argue that CT is the state to be in. Not only have we already had a snow day, but the temperature almost always dips below freezing at least once a day to ensure you always must look for black ice. CT does include, however, a 12 year trained babysitter, ready for you in just over a year! That is worth 500 Washington votes!

By the way, Kirsti was singing to Matthew yesterday morning. When I listened to what she was singing, it went something like this-

"Next to Abraham, you are the cutest baby"

What is up with that? Did you brainwash my children while we were there? Where is the loyalty these days?
