Sweet little Tyler watching a show before bed. He's not so sweet at 5:30 in the morning, his new preferred awaking time.
Bedtime stories with Dad are always a favorite. Yes, Abe's got a Twinkie holder. No, he's never had a Twinkie...we use it for NutraGrain bars because those things crumble like crazy in a lunch bag.
Tyler must prefer our bed to his own. Here he is snuggling up after a bath, waiting for some nice warm pajamas!
Abe spent a good hour one morning playing with Play-Doh and molds. He decided in the end to make all of his Play-Doh into trains, only the mold was a little too small and difficult for his little hands. So, guess who spent a good portion of that hour making little trains for him? The sacrifices you make as a mother, right?
We had homemade icecream for dessert tonight. With winter weather, we haven't given the boys icecream cones in a long time. They were both thrilled with their treat! Tyler kept grunting at us (his preferred method of communication) and holding out his cone for us to see.
Abraham just kept asking me to refill his cone. I don't think he ever even took a bite of the cone, but he got every last drop of icecream out of it.
My kids apparently don't understand the "cone" part of an icecream cone.
Abraham with his icecream "manna" from heaven couldn't help but hallelujah!

Time to make homemade icecream. You have alot more energy than I do ( and can eat more calories). The boys really look so cute.
What handsome boys you have! I giggled about the playdough...love/hate relationship with that stuff! :)
I love the hallelujah picture. I say hallelujah to icecream as well.
Those are all such exciting times!! I sometimes too think I don't have many 'big' things to say, but hey these are all 'great' moments!!!
I can't believe you made all those little trains...you are way more patient than me. I tend to set them down with play dough and hope it keeps them busy for hours.
I love a random update...without those I might never have anything to post!
There's another way to eat ice cream cones?
