Guess how I spent my day??

Just what every mother wants to do, hold down your screaming, crying and injured 2 year old while doctors make it hurt. Then try to explain that they are making it hurt so they can figure out what is wrong and make it better. Then once again hold him down (with 2 nurses) so they can cast him. Then try to explain that no matter how many times he asks, I can't take it off and that I'm sorry. I did stop and buy him an ice cream cone. It didn't help.

I am so sorry Kim, what a scary, hard thing to do as a parent.

So sad. Poor kid. What did he do to break it?

Oh give his hugs and kisses and chocolate. So sorry he broke his wrist. I guess like mother like son. You were about his age when you broke your arm.

That is too sad. Hopefully he gets used to it quickly!

Oh, poor guy. Definitely not fun for the mom either. Hope for a swift healing and recovery.

So sad! Nobody is cuter than Hammer in a cast, though! Your cruise looks so awesome!

Those pictures are so sad. Has he gotten used to it yet or is he still asking to get it off. I can't imagine Ashton with one, he does not stop asking for things that he wants and I am sure I would have gone crazy by now. Good Luck, give him a hug from us!

I almost cried when Barlow was telling me about it yesterday, I can't even imagine how you survived!! That is something I hope to never, ever have to experience... knock on wood...
Does it still hurt him? Or just bug the heck out of him?

What happened? I've never had to take a child in for a broken bone, but we've done staples in the head...hope you are all recovering.

He fell in Nursery at church on Sunday and hit a chair. Boring, huh? I should make up something dramatic.

Oh... I feel for you. I can't even stand to hold my kids down so they can get their shots. I hope he gets used to it soon.
