At our school in the 2nd grade they do a big mall project. Each student has to make a product to sell and they earn money based on how many hours they spend on their project. Then they all get to use their money to buy projects from other kids. It is a lot of work, but Abraham loved it. We made felt masks for his project. Ken helped him put together his poster with a little photoshop magic.
